SOT - Sacro-occipital technique

Placing wedges or blocks under the pelvis, allowing gravity to realign the pelvis
Diversified manual manipulation/adjustment

High velocity (quick) low amplitude (short) thrust into the restricted joint
Thompson drops - table assisted adjustment
Table drops a short distance during the thrust facilitating the movement of the joint
Activator - device assisted adjustment

Handheld, spring-loaded, manual tool that provides a low-force, high speed impulse into a joint.
Soft Tissue work
Trigger point release

Fascia manupulation

Kineseotape

Kinesiotape latex-free hypoallergenic cotton fiber tape with an acrylic heat-activated backing that stretches only along its longitudinal axis.

The tape has no medicinal properties.

Kinesio Tex Tape is used to improve joint alignment by affecting the muscles and fascia and can reduce poor function of a joint by influencing opposing musclegroups and joint mobility.
Websters technique for pelvic alignment in pregnancy
A low force realignment of the sacrum to help make mother more comfortable during the last stages of pregnancy and helping baby position itself in the best possible way before birth.
Posture and joint rehabilitation
